Additional ductless heating at A-frame home
Recently, our company had the pleasure of working on a project for a private A-frame house where the existing heating system proved to be inefficient and costly. Due to the house’s unique design, the existing heating system could not maintain consistent temperatures throughout all rooms, leading to cold spots and overheating in others. This not only created discomfort for the homeowners but also increased their energy bills due to frequent ventilation needs.
After assessing the house’s architecture and the specific heating needs of the homeowners, we recommended the installation of additional ductless heating systems. The installation process was quite simple, requiring only a small, unobtrusive unit mounted on the wall and connected to an outdoor compressor. The unit can be controlled by a remote control, allowing the homeowners to adjust the temperature in individual rooms as needed.
By installing the additional ductless heating system, we were able to provide the homeowners with a flexible and cost-effective solution that efficiently heated the entire house. The ductless heating system allowed for greater control over the temperature of individual rooms, avoiding the need for frequent ventilation and reducing energy costs.
